The Test Laboratory offers Complete technical assistance: both for intermediate quality control during production and in case of non-compliance of the finished product.

The awareness of the importance and pivotal role of the Test Laboratory, combined with real needs for growth and development, have gradually led us to concretely assess expanding its dedicated space.

Many years of experience in the sector is the basis of the service provided by the Test Laboratory to its Customers, to which the division offers assistance and support from the choice of the test to the assessment of the results obtained.

The high quality of the service offered by the Test Laboratory and its Team is also a fundamental resource for the Research and Development division for monitoring and improving new products and processes.

  • INVESTIGATIONS on the morphology of surface imperfections (pitting, blanching, flaking, cracks, etc.) by means of high magnification optical and electron microscopy analysis.
  • MEASUREMENT of thicknesses and alloys of electroplating coatings and depositions.
  • DETERMINATION of the colorimetric coordinates and of the colour balance of the samples.
  • ASSESSMENT of durability by accelerated corrosion test.
  • PHYSICAL MECHANICAL TESTS to evaluate the resistance and endurance over time of the samples.
  • ASSISTANCE in optimising production processes and drafting construction specifications.
  • EXPERT ADVICE on regulations, standards and declarations of conformity.
