Doubles the bronze deposition speed and halves the costs.
A process destined to change forever the business of those who work in the fashion supply chain
A story that goes back a long way and that today reaches a turning point. From the need to go beyond nickel to the need for maximum performance in terms of surface efficiency and duration.
The history of N05 dates back to the Nineties when the fashion world gave clear inputs to the entire supply chain: minimise, or eliminate, nickel from any type of processing.
The cases of intolerances and of actual allergies were increasing exponentially and consumers were strongly requesting other types of solutions, for accessories and fashion jewellery. Hence the need to find alternatives, equally performing but safer.
The answer was found in the bronzing process.
But the bronzing process in turn underwent some evolutions, mainly related to the request for ever greater thicknesses to guarantee duration and resistance. From the initial application of a micron of material, over the course of a few years the request became 4/5-micron layers. Which, in terms of production, is equivalent to about 25 minutes of time required to perform the treatment.
All this time, and consequently these resources, have a significant economic impact and the new need expressed by the supply chain was to reduce the deposition times while keeping the performance of the treatments intact.
The research on N05 was born from this need.
THE ORIGINS
A story that goes back a long way and that today reaches a turning point.
rom the need to go beyond nickel first, then the use of lead as a brightener, to the need for maximum performance in terms of efficiency and duration
Going beyond nickel to meet the needs of a public more sensitive to skin allergies.
The answer is found in the bronzing process.
Request for greater resistance and duration performance. The bronze thicknesses needed to obtain certain standards increase. Deposition times and costs increase as well.
The objective is to minimise costs while maintaining the same resistance performance. A contradiction that is overcome with N05
Same deposition thicknesses in less time: the most effective and economical solution to protect accessories in the fashion sector
The N05 electroplating bath allows obtaining, in significantly shorter deposition times, much higher thicknesses of bronze compared with traditional baths. All this translates into an evident increase in company productivity and in maintaining the highest standards of quality and duration. A revolutionary solution which is changing the market and allowing electroplating and haute couture houses to drastically reduce production costs.
A revolutionary solution which is changing the market and allowing electroplating and haute couture houses to drastically reduce production costs
The reduction of deposition times by up to 100% is equivalent to a reduction in production costs. The best solution to project yourself in the fashion supply chain with a unique competitive advantage.
Same duration and resistance performance as the bronzing substrates. Therefore, the reduction of deposition times does not affect the quality of the processes which offer the same guarantees as traditional processes.
N05 is versatile and suitable for use on any type of fashion accessory. These features allow it to be used in any process and makes it perfect for any type of electroplating or haute couture house.
